- Ensuring doors have internal locking devices and units are labeled in English and Japanese.
- Supplying hoses, toilet paper, and soap.
- Cleaning heads and washbasins twice daily and applying disinfectant (deodorizer) twice daily.
- Securing units against weather damage.
- Collecting, transporting, and disposing of sewage and drain water in accordance with Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS).
- Submitting a report in English detailing sewage discharge in Gallons.
- Removing units upon notification from SHIPSUPT.
