Room entrances must be accessible only by internal hallways with locked exterior doors, and the lobby must be manned 24/7. Hotels must not house members in rooms with continuous loud noise. All rooms must be non-smoking. The facility shall not be the Days Inn located at 3701 OH-53, Fremont, OH 43420. Personnel should be housed in a single hotel location where practicable.

Special Requirements & Payment

Parking charges must be included in the price quote. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), with invoicing submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). The Government is exempt from Federal, State of California hospitality, and local taxes. The Government will not pay for services such as telephone, premium TV/movie service, internet, room service, restaurant charges, honor bar, or laundry.
