Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide residential furniture rental services for approximately 50 government-leased residences and supply welcome kit packages. Key services include:
- Furniture Rental: Delivery, installation, maintenance, storage, insurance, packing, transportation, and removal of residential furniture. All furnishings must be new or in excellent condition, with new mattresses. Defective furniture must be replaced within two working days.
- Welcome Kits: Provision of welcome kit packages on a purchase basis, including delivery, with the contractor maintaining sufficient stock.
- General Services: All services encompass labor, delivery, pick-up, installation, insurance, materials, equipment, and associated costs.

All prices are in Swiss Francs. The contractor must provide General Liability and Property Damage insurance.
