Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To drill, construct, develop, and performance-test a new potable water supply well for the Terrytown Administrative Site to meet current and future water demands and support the site reconstruction project.

• Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for well drilling and construction.

• Install casing, screen, and grout according to project requirements and Colorado well construction standards.

• Develop the well to enhance yield and efficiency and remove drilling fines.

• Conduct a formal pumping test to determine sustainable yield, drawdown, and aquifer characteristics.

• Travel expenses are the responsibility of the Contractor; the Government will not reimburse for travel.
