Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, and other services necessary for comprehensive testing services at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. This includes scheduling and administering various tests such as Language Exams (DLPT, DLAB, OPI), Pearson VUE, Prometric, AFOQT, EDPT, AFCT, TBAS, TAPAS, WAPS, and HQ Air University (A4/6) End of Course (EOC) tests. Additionally, the contractor will administer tests required by educational institutions for admission or course enrollment, including placement tests, correspondence courses, and qualification/certification exams. Administrative responsibilities encompass student notification, score report mailing, special ordering of examinations, resetting logon/passwords, and electronic updates. The contractor must also maintain test inventory and assist with reporting.
Performance Standards
Services must achieve a minimum of 95% accuracy, with no more than two errors per month, which must be promptly corrected at no additional cost. Key performance objectives include timely transfer/upload of computer-based testing, ensuring complete answer sheets and returned booklets, accurate examination data entry, timely identification of testing issues, and consistent administrative task performance.

Special Requirements
