Scope of Work

Additionally, the contractor will administer tests required by educational institutions for admission or course enrollment, including placement tests, correspondence courses, and qualification/certification exams. Administrative responsibilities encompass student notification, score report mailing, special ordering of examinations, resetting logon/passwords, and electronic updates. The contractor must also maintain test inventory and assist with reporting.

Performance Standards

Services must achieve a minimum of 95% accuracy, with no more than two errors per month, which must be promptly corrected at no additional cost. Key performance objectives include timely transfer/upload of computer-based testing, ensuring complete answer sheets and returned booklets, accurate examination data entry, timely identification of testing issues, and consistent administrative task performance.
