• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email in document format (.pdf) to Rene Valdivia (rene.e.valdivia.civ@us.navy.mil).

• Question and Answer Period Ends: June 20, 2026, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Technical Capability (Acceptable/Unacceptable based on exact part numbers), Price (Total price evaluated), and Past Performance (Pass/Fail).

• Basis for Award: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable quote. Price must also be fair and reasonable.

• The acquisition is marked as UNRESTRICTED.

• NAICS Code: 334511, Size Standard: 500 employees.

• Vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.GOV for amendments.

• Quotes must include item description, unit cost, quantity, and subtotal.

• Quotes must be good for at least 60 calendar days.

• Electronic invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is accepted.
