Scope of Work

The requirement involves providing non-personal testing, inspection, and certification services to maintain compliance with USP 797 & 800 regulations. Key services include:

  • Semi-annual testing and inspection of 5 laminar flow/clean bench hoods and 6 vertical flow/bio hoods.
  • Semi-annual inspections of 5 anterooms, 6 buffer rooms, testing for 17 air filters, and air testing in hazardous drug storage areas.
  • Collection of 31 monthly service samples (372 annually).
  • Re-certification and repair services on an as-needed basis.
  • Conducting applicable tests on Primary Engineering Controls (PECs) and Secondary Engineering Controls (SECs), including HEPA filter leak/efficiency, particle counts, air velocity, microbial sampling, and speciation.
  • Providing a holistic certification for each pharmacy cleanroom in a Field Service Report (FSR).

  • Personnel: Contractor personnel must be authorized, certified, and trained in pharmacy engineering control certification (CETA or NEBB) with a minimum of two years' experience.
