Key Requirements & Compliance

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Personnel must hold valid HAZWOPER certification and Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDL) with HazMat/Tanker endorsements as applicable. Contractors must develop and implement a site-specific spill plan, a Quality Control Plan (QCP), and a Safety Plan. Monthly reporting of POL diversion and immediate spill notification are required.
