Scope of Work
The requirement involves the delivery, assembly, and installation of new testing room equipment. Key items include:
- 2 Single User Desks: 36"W x 30"D x 30"H, VESA mountable up to 24", keyboard/mouse drawer, power center, wire management, leveling glides, removable privacy visor, tinted glass, and ultra small desktop unit mounting.
- 14 Dual User Desks: 71"W x 30"D x 30"H, with similar features to single desks.
- 30 Office Task Chairs: 250 lbs capacity, 23 lbs weight, max 26" depth, 35"-39" height, 19.25" width, no armrest, 5 casters, leather seat, mesh back.
- 30 Plastic Visors (implied by desk features).
Equipment will be installed in Buildings 1423 and 1456, 480 West Road, Port Hueneme, CA. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, removing all debris, and repairing any damage. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PDT. The Government will clear existing desks.
