Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Manage and perform maintenance and recharge services for various types of fire extinguishers (powder, CO2, foam).

• Conduct scheduled inspections and testing of fire extinguishers, fire-rated doors, and panic hardware.

• Adhere to specific standards including UNI 9994-1/2, UNI 11473-1, UNI EN 1125, UNI EN 179, and NFPA regulations.

• Provide disposal services for expired or damaged fire extinguishers in accordance with regional and national regulations.

• Supply replacement fire extinguishers as needed.

• Inspect fire-rated doors for hinge tightness, seal integrity, cracks, and magnetic unlocking system efficiency.

• Inspect panic hardware for integrity, calibrate and lubricate as needed, and verify certification of compliance.

• Maintain a digital Check Log for all inspections and testing, reporting discrepancies and work accomplished.

• 100% of fire extinguishers and fire-rated doors shall receive necessary services.

• 100% Compliant performance threshold for all services.

• The contract has been performed over the past three years with a base year + two option years structure.

• Work will be performed at Camp Darby USAG Italy DMC located in Livorno/Pisa in Depot Area, Camp Darby Area, and Pasa Area.

• Contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Adherence to safety and accident prevention regulations (Federal, State, Local, Italian, and EM 385-1-1).

• Personnel must meet specific qualification criteria and undergo required training (AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH).
