• Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Priced - Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be based on the ability of the vendor to meet all elements of the Specifications. Failure to meet specifications will render the quote technically unacceptable.

• Contractor Inquiries: Due by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, 7 May 2026.
