This includes models such as Atlas LLC CI4000, CI35F, M222QTP, SDL Atlas LHT, M228AA, M6 units, Pellerin Milnor 36026Q6P, and Harris-Millipore HRO-400/HRO-200 systems.

Key requirements include:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Monthly visits as directed, following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Calibration: Performed every six (6) months for specified equipment and annually for others. Must be NIST traceable and documented.

  • Parts: Provide OEM or equivalent approved parts; non-OEM parts require prior Government approval.

  1. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Quote, inclusive of all charges (excluding taxes) and FOB destination shipping terms.
  2. Company name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, Point of Contact (POC) name and e-mail address, and acknowledgement of any amendments.
  3. A clear demonstration of technical understanding of the SOW, including technical performance requirements, personnel qualifications, experience, and compliance with deliverables.

Award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Evaluation factors, in order of importance, are: Technical requirements, price, and past performance.

Additional Notes

Interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS 541380, with current representations and certifications on record. The Government may not delay award for SAM registration. The Government reserves the right to award no contracts.
