Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a Capability Statement (maximum 10 pages, PDF format) via email to mgolicz@fbi.gov. The statement should address:
- Company Information: Name, Point of Contact, Cage Code, UEI, years in business, business size.
- Textron Parts Capability: Affirmative statement of ability to provide all parts, relationship with Textron, and sourcing of proprietary/OEM-controlled parts.
- Supply Chain and Logistics: Details on ordering, fulfillment, lead times, inventory management, surge capability, traceability, and certification.
- Quality and Compliance: Certifications (e.g., AS9100/ISO), FAA approvals, and experience with Federal/law enforcement aviation programs. Vendors must reference the attached historical parts list.
