Textron Fixed-Wing Aviation Parts

Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting this RFI for market research to identify and assess potential vendors capable of providing the full range of Textron Aviation fixed-wing aircraft parts. This includes OEM parts, proprietary parts, rotables, consumables, and Textron-authorized parts. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or commitment to procure.

• Vendors must demonstrate the capability to provide all Textron aviation parts without exception. Partial capability or tiered sourcing will not be considered responsive.

• The scope includes Textron Aviation OEM parts (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker), proprietary and OEM-controlled parts, rotable components, line-replaceable units (LRUs), structural, mechanical, electrical, and avionics-related components, and parts requiring OEM traceability, certification, and documentation.

• An attached historical parts list serves as a baseline for assessing capability.

• Interested vendors must submit a Capability Statement (max 10 pages, PDF format).

• The Capability Statement should address:

  • Company Information (Name, POC, Cage Code, UEI, years in business, business size)
  • Textron Parts Capability (affirmative statement of ability to provide all parts, relationship with Textron, sourcing of proprietary/OEM-controlled parts)
  • Supply Chain and Logistics (ordering, fulfillment, lead times, inventory management, surge capability, traceability, certification)
  • Quality and Compliance (certifications like AS9100/ISO, FAA approvals, experience with Federal/law enforcement aviation programs)

• Vendors must reference the attached historical parts list.
