Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for managing and maintaining current and new inventory at CNI facilities in Huntsville, AL. Key deliverables include:
- CLIN 0001: Inventory Management and Shipping Support (Firm Fixed Price - FFP):
- Managing and maintaining inventory, receiving/inspecting Government Furnished Material (GFM), and reporting discrepancies.
- Providing material handling equipment (MHE) and trained personnel.
- Maintaining accurate inventory with biweekly reports.
- Providing secure, climate-controlled warehousing space.
- Packaging GFM for shipment and preparing DD1149s.
- CLIN 0002: Material Support (FFP): Providing necessary material for the management and final shipping of items for the Thailand Case.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: 3-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (SPRRA2-26-D-0009).
- Pricing: Firm-Fixed-Pricing is contemplated for CLINs 0001 and 0002, which are to be priced for a 2-month period.
Submission & Evaluation
- Proposal Submission Deadline: Before 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), July 15th, 2026.
- Intention to Propose: Offerors must indicate their intention to propose in writing within five (5) business days.
- Proposal Content: Must include a summary schedule with fully supportable cost data, working Excel formulas, and detailed backup documentation (labor categories, hours, material/equipment costs). Subcontractor cost/price documentation is required.
- Cost Analysis: Required for subcontracts exceeding the regulatory threshold.
- Indirect Expense Rates: Documentation (FPRAs, FPRRs, FPRPs, three years of Incurred Cost Submissions) is required.
- ProPricer System: If used, provide the generated Excel file with specific tabs (P-Sheet, Direct Rates, Indirect Rates, CERS, CER Factors).
