Scope of Services

Interested vendors should submit a capabilities statement, not exceeding 10 pages, addressing:

- Business size status: large, small, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, or woman-owned.
- DCSA accreditation letter for handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- A tailored capacity statement detailing experience with similar services for the U.S. Government and/or commercial customers over the past three years.
- Specific details on past performance, management of similar tasks, subcontractor management, technical skills, teaming arrangements, magnitude of effort (FTEs, ceiling price, obligations), and experience handling CUI per NIST guidelines. All responses must be unclassified and electronically mailed.
