This solicitation, W9127N26RA004, is for "The Dalles Oil Accountability Measures" project, located in Wasco County, Oregon, and Klickitat County, Washington. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210: Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The acquisition is unrestricted (full and open competition).

The project involves providing and installing equipment for a new oil accountability system at The Dalles Powerhouse. The system will monitor oil in components common to all generators, plus one generator in each of the four families (types) of units. Specific tasks include:

• Mobilization and Demobilization (CLIN 0001)

• Calibration of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) Flow Meters (CLIN 0002)
