Scope of Work
DISA seeks providers for a dedicated internet connection with speeds of 1GB or greater. Key requirements include:
- Replacing current vendor hardware with minimal downtime (max 1 hour).
- Providing connectivity to Gernackerstr2 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, BLDG 101 RM110 (Data center).
- Project cabling and end termination equipment (RJ-45 Ethernet or LC fiber) in the Marshall Center server room.
- Ensuring 24/7 internet access with no more than 2% downtime.
- Providing at least thirty-two (32) static IP addresses.
- Registering and publicly publishing the marshallcenter.org domain.
- Providing public DNS services for the Marshall Center network.
- Presenting Network Manager with NOC personnel contacts and circuit monitoring.
- Offering a 24/7 technical support hotline.
