  • Parking: 55 total spaces required, including 27 publicly available (within 0.25 mile walkable distance preferred) and 28 reserved on-site.
  • Accessibility: Must be within 0.5 mile walkable distance of public transportation (commuter rail, light rail, subway, or two+ bus lines).
  • Layout: Efficient layout and workflow are critical, avoiding narrow column spacing, atriums, light wells, extremely long/narrow runs, irregular configurations, or other unusual features. Columns must have regular spacing.
  • Security & Operations: The leased space must accept and have resources to bring in detainees, store firearms, and accommodate agents carrying firearms, with resources available 24/7. Government access is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
