Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meals for the Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), 115th Military Police Battalion during their Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Training (AT).

• Provide timely, high-quality catered meals cooked under commercial standards with high-quality customer service.

• Deliver meals to the Salisbury Readiness Center (28722 Ocean Gateway Salisbury MD, 21801).

• Serve 56 personnel daily.

• Provide specific daily menus including entrees, starches, vegetables, bread, desserts, salads, and beverages as detailed in Section 4.

• Include all necessary condiments.

• Breakfast: 02 June 2026 – 15 June 2026 (07:30 AM EDT daily)

• Dinner: 01 June 2026 – 14 June 2026 (5:00 PM EDT daily)

• Location: Salisbury Readiness Center, Salisbury, MD

• Food must be maintained at safe temperatures: hot items at 145°F+, cold items at 41°F-.

• Compliance with Army Technical Bulletin Medical (TB Med) 530, Tri Service Food Code, National Food Code, ServSafe, and other applicable health guidelines.

• Food preparation should occur within a 60-mile radius of the Salisbury National Guard Armory Site.

• Meals must be prepared to minimum standards of the Armed Forces Recipe Service (TM 10-412).

• Contractor must provide all food, facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, and supervision.

• Contractor personnel must have ServSafe training and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• A recent (within 12 months of proposal due date) State or Local government Health Inspection Report for the food preparation facility is required.

• Contractor personnel must not use alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs while on duty.

• Contractor must provide a roster of personnel requiring installation access and ensure all personnel carry proper photo identification.

• Government reserves the right to change meal quantities with 7 days' notice for date changes/cancellations and 48 hours' notice for time adjustments.

• Headcount roster (provided at least 5 days prior to event).

• The building where the meal will be served.
