• Instrumentation & Reagents: Fully automated, discrete, random-access hematology analyzers with STAT capabilities, reagents, calibrators, quality control materials, and supplies.
• Locations: Services are required at the Main Core Hematology Laboratory (BAMC), BAMC Apheresis/Cell Therapy Clinic, and Akeroyd Blood Donor Center.
• Maintenance & Support: Delivery, installation, unscheduled and preventive maintenance, with a minimum 98% uptime requirement. On-site service technicians are required within 24 hours for Core Laboratory equipment, with repairs completed within 48 hours.
• IT & Data Management: A data management system (middleware) compatible with MHS Genesis, capable of managing critical values, delta checks, and supporting remote review stations.
• Training: On-site and online operator training for clinical staff, plus training for two primary operators at the contractor's training site.

• Completing a Risk Management Cybersecurity Assessment Questionnaire (Attachment C3).
• Adhering to specified RMF Assessment Timeframes (Attachment C2) for vendor and government actions post-award.
• Meeting requirements for patching, system updates, cybersecurity maintenance (minimum six years), vulnerability scanning (NESSUS, SCAP, STIGs), and obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) or Approval to Operate (APL).
• Personnel training and certification (e.g., IAT Level I, Cyber Awareness Training, PII, HIPAA).
