Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-hazardous waste (trash) collection and disposal services at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

• Provide and maintain one (1) 6 Cubic Yard Front Load Trash Dumpster and one (1) 2 Cubic Yard Front Load Recycling Dumpster at the Maintenance Yard.

• The trash dumpster is for general office waste, cafeteria waste, holiday floral arrangements, etc.

• The recycling dumpster is for paper, cardboard, aluminum, glass, and plastic.

• Perform weekly scheduled pickups and off-site disposal of non-hazardous waste and recyclables during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).

• Replace damaged or unsightly dumpsters at no cost to the Government.

• Clean up any trash, garbage, or debris spilled during pickup and disposal.

• Transport all waste off Government premises; no on-site burning or disposal is allowed.

• Dumpsters must be factory new or newly refurbished within the past three months and in "like new" condition.

• Dumpsters must display the company name and contractor information.

• Disposal must comply with all local, State, and Federal legal requirements and be environmentally safe.

• Contractor must clean up spilled debris.

• Location: National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1138 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.

• Services to be performed during normal cemetery business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).

• Weekend services (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday) may be authorized by the COR.

• Contractor is responsible for any damage to personal or public property caused by their negligence.
