Parking Requirements:

  • One (1) reserved GOV parking space, on-site, within 300 feet of the public entrance.
  • Ten (10) reserved Producer/Visitor parking spaces, on-site, within 300 feet of the public entrance.
  • Seven (7) non-reserved Employee parking spaces, on-site or within 1/4 walkable mile.
  • The parking lot must have pull-through capabilities and not be obstructed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Space must be compatible with Government use and in a professional office environment.
  • No living quarters, adjacent alcohol/firearms sales, or drug treatment/detention facilities within the building.
  • Subleases are not acceptable.
  • Government will have 24/7 access; normal hours M-F 6 AM – 6 PM.
