- RSF and ABOA SF offered, date of availability, parking details, photos.
- Condition of building systems (existing buildings) or recent inspection/appraisal.
- Owner authorization letter if offeror is not the owner. Brokers must show authorization.
- Confirmation of meeting ABAAS, Seismic Safety, Fire Protection & Life Safety, and NEPA (for new construction/expansion) requirements.
Additional Notes
Entities should familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA. Offerors should not enter into negotiations with any Federal Agency other than the USDA Lease Contracting Officer.
