This amendment (Amendment Number 6) replaces the "EXHIBIT G 3517B GENERAL CLAUSES (REV 12/23)" in its entirety with the "EXHIBIT G 3517B GENERAL CLAUSES (REV 04/26)".

• "EXHIBIT G 3517B GENERAL CLAUSES (REV 12/23)" is deleted.
• "EXHIBIT G 3517B GENERAL CLAUSES (REV 04/26)" is added.

This amendment does not change the due date for offers. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this amendment and to make reference to it if they wish to change their offer.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) is issued by the USDA for lease space in Richlands, NC. The RLP outlines the instructions and requirements for proposals for a lease described within the RLP documents. The Government will evaluate conforming proposals to select an Offeror for award.

• Unique Requirements: Minimum 200 sq. ft. of exterior storage building (10 x 20).

• Contract Type: Fully serviced, turnkey lease. Rent covers all shell upgrades, Tenant Improvements (TIs), operating costs, real estate taxes, and security upgrades.
