Existing OEM products are proprietary, and only the OEM or authorized resellers can provide support.
• Market Research: Indicates that only brand name software support can fully meet Agency requirements due to interoperability and system constraints. Past procurements and J&As have not been challenged.
• Competition: Individual requirements will be competed among authorized resellers. DISA will seek open competition if OEMs move towards open-source solutions or if alternative solutions are identified.

This document is a solicitation (RFQ) for SampleManager Software Support Renewal. The government is procuring licenses for this software.

• SampleManager Concurrent User licenses (45 units for CLIN 0001, 100 units for CLIN 0002).
