Scope of Work
The core deliverable is a fully integrated, skid-mounted Thermo-Vac Transformer Oil Purifier designed for mechanical reconditioning of mineral insulating transformer oil. Key capabilities include vacuum dehydration, vacuum degasification, and final particulate filtration to 1 micron. The system must process and hold a minimum of 55 gallons of oil per batch or continuous cycle, operate with a high-efficiency vacuum pump achieving 0.5 Torr, and run on 440 VAC, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz power. Processed oil must meet specific electrical properties: 50 kV dielectric breakdown voltage, 5 ppm water content, 0.10% dissipation factor @ 25C, and 5-10 ohm-cm volume resistivity @ 25C.
