Submission & Evaluation
This is not a request for competitive quotes in the traditional sense; rather, information received will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. However, if a competitive award were to proceed, it would be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. To be technically acceptable, offerors must quote required items/quantities and submit detailed specifications. Past performance information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will be considered.
