Scope of Work

The contractor will assist ORAD with the administration, execution, and enhancement of its VRM Program. Key services include:

Required Expertise & Qualifications

Vendors must demonstrate expertise in risk and compliance, with personnel holding certifications such as:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
  • Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO)
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Past performance in similar federal or commercial requirements is essential.

Submission & Evaluation

This is a Sources Sought for market research; it is not a request for quote. Submissions are voluntary, and the government assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred. Interested parties must submit:

  • Tailored capability statements highlighting competencies, differentiators, and past performance.
