The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is conducting market research for a Life Cycle Launcher Support (LCLS) contract. Scope of Work
The LCLS requirement encompasses technical and administrative support for a total life-cycle program. Key services include:
- Field service representatives
- Depot level repair
- Program level management
- Supply chain management, spares, transportation, and repair/return of line replaceable units
Support will cover the M142 HIMARS Launcher Loader Module (LLM), Fire Control System (FCS), and M270A1/A2 MLRS FCS. The Government possesses unlimited rights to HIMARS and MLRS launcher production level 3 Technical Data Packages (TDPs) at the system integrator level, but subcomponent TDPs are restricted. The contractor will maintain TDP control for the LCLS contract.
