Evaluation
Award will be made to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. To be technically acceptable, offerors must:
- Quote the required items in the specified quantities.
- Submit detailed specifications with their quotes.
- Ensure all hardware is new; drop shipping from outside the US is unacceptable.
- Provide proof that all in-house configured items are new products, as gray market items will not be accepted.
