• Vine Control: Sever grapevines in crop trees; girdle those posing a safety risk if felled.

• Cutting Method: Sever trees with chainsaw at ground level (max 12 inches), unless otherwise specified for safety or specific stump height requirements.

• Felled Trees: Leave scattered on the ground, out of open/closed roads.

• Access: Contractor must use UTVs or side-by-sides; foot travel may be required. Roads may be gated; access to gas wells must not be blocked.

• Site Conditions: Mountainous terrain, potentially steep and rocky, with variable understory. Caution required near gas wells/pipelines.

• Period of Performance: August 17, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

• Estimated Acres: 100-224 acres (final determination in July 2026).

• Payment: Based on the unit bid price for trees treated to standard.
