Prospective Offerors require a valid JCP certification and either a Common Access Card (CAC) or a DoD-approved External Certification Authority (ECA) certificate for E-TIC access. A completed DD Form 2345 is required to view drawings due to Arms Export Control Act restrictions. Offerors must have a current registration in SAM.gov.
