Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for the Decommission, Removal, and Disposal of the Dial Central Office (DCO) telephone switch and remote switch system, along with associated supporting equipment and cable, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

• Palletization and Transport: Contractor shall engineer, plan, remove, palletize, and transport all removed equipment to the nearest Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) location.

• Documentation: Proposal must include a description of the removal effort, cleanup plan, and a proposed schedule timeline.

• SS-1: Services must meet all Service Removal Standards and Requirements as identified or referenced.

• SS-2: No more than one (1) late deliverable is permitted.

• Surveillance methods include periodic surveillance, final walkthroughs, and customer feedback.

• Location: F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

• Hours of Operation: Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MDT, excluding holidays. Telework is not permitted.

• Project Completion: Within 90 calendar days of project award date.

• Site Survey: A pre-proposal site survey/walkthrough is recommended.

• Government Furnished Services: Electricity, water, and sewage services will be furnished by the Government.

• Quality Control: Contractor must control service quality to meet specified performance thresholds.
