Scope of Work

Warren AFB. This includes the Nortel DMS-100 switch, Remote Cluster Controller (RCC2), battery stacks, inverters, rectifiers, and Power Distribution Center (PDC). Services also encompass palletization, transport of removed equipment to a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) location, and site cleanup. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days of the award date.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a capability statement describing their ability to meet the requirements and complete Attachment 2 – Response Form. The response form requires company information (CAGE, UEI, socio-economic status, SAM registration under NAICS 238210) and answers to specific questions regarding lead time, project start, period of performance, and recommended labor categories. Feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) is also requested.
