• Post-Production: Non-linear editing, color grading, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, visual effects (VFX), sound design, music licensing, and final audio mixing.

Specific tasks include livestream production support, editing for digital platforms, incorporating graphics and captions for accessibility (Section 508 compliance), and media asset management. The contractor will also provide technical and production support, including equipment operation and maintenance for events. The anticipated period of performance is five years (one base year and four one-year option periods).

Key Requirements

• Staffing: Requires four (4) full-time Videographer/Editors, three (3) full-time AV Electronics Technicians, and one (1) full-time Graphic Designer.
• Experience: Contractors must have 3-5 years of experience in high-level commercial or film production.
• Place of Performance: Primarily remote, with potential on-site meetings or filming at USDOT headquarters in Washington, D.C. Vendors should be within a 50-mile radius of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Travel is estimated at 60% East Coast, 20% Midwest, 20% West Coast.
