Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the government's requirements for the purchase and installation of electric roll-up doors at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, meeting Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 32-1084 and United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-440-01 standards. • Hazardous Material Management: Prior to using any Hazardous Materials (HM), contractors must provide specific information to HAZMART for authorization. Disposal of all waste must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Universal waste management and disposal are required in accordance with SC DHEC and 40 CFR Part 273.

• Reporting: Contractor personnel must immediately report any information or circumstances that may pose a threat to the security of Department of Defense personnel, resources, or information.
