Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and non-personal services necessary for secure, high-availability, lossless, and rapidly recoverable hosting. Key services include:
- Cloud setup, 24/7 monitoring, backups, patching, fail-over, and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintaining necessary hardware, software, and licenses.
- Monitoring server security with intrusion detection and mitigation.
