• Evaluation Factors: Technical (meeting salient characteristics, delivery info, warranty, maintenance plan, FOB Destination, Buy American compliance) and Price. Past performance will also be considered.

• This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.

• Vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Shipment: FOB: Destination.

• All charges must be all inclusive.
