Purpose & Scope
The primary purpose of this contract is to ensure all elevators and lifts within multiple TNF facilities are fully functional, compliant with American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, certified, and safe for use. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, and services necessary for comprehensive maintenance. Services include, but are not limited to, preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, minor repairs, remote monitoring, and load testing. "Over and Above Work" may also be required and will be negotiated separately.
