This opportunity requires providing all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and supervision to install, repair, or replace weatherproof commercial-grade LED lighting fixtures. The work encompasses the Headquarters administrative office building, workshop, work yard, marina, and the public visitor center (Florida Keys Eco Discovery Center - EDC). Specific areas include:

  • Exterior security lighting for building perimeters, entrances, pathways, parking lots, and solar LED pole lights near the dock area.
  • Interior lighting such as cove lighting, warehouse lighting, and recessed can lighting at the EDC and administrative building.
  • A programmable outdoor wall LED lighting system at the EDC. All installed components must be new, LED, commercial-grade, with exterior elements being weatherproof and durable (IP68) to withstand hurricane-force winds and saltwater exposure.
