The scope covers installation, relocation, and removal of laboratories or equipment across the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All costs for repairs, parts, labor, shipping, training, and transition are to be included in the fixed price-per-test rate.

  • Data Management System: A web-based system compatible with proposed analyzers and the Federal Judiciary's PACTS interface, including hardware, software, training, and dedicated support.
  • Drug Laboratory Equipment: Analyzers meeting specified minimum testing capacities (100-800 tests/hour based on monthly volume).
  • Reagents: Ready-to-use liquid reagents for various drugs of abuse at defined cutoff levels, including Creatinine testing.
