All installations require site surveys, testing (continuity, insulation resistance, trip settings), and inspection by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) with megger testing.
• Air Conditioning System Replacement: This requires replacing the existing package unit AC system with a new Stulz CyberAir Precision Cooling CRAC Unit (Model: ASD 472 ACW or equivalent). The new unit must be designed for high-precision, chilled water cooling suitable for the server room's heat load, include a 9 kW single-stage electrical reheat system, and integrate with the Building Management System (BMS) for alarms. Fire, smoke, and water detectors must be installed and integrated, with the CRAC unit configured for automatic shutdown via external fire alarm. Electrical and mechanical works, including removal of the old unit, new wiring, and ductwork/piping modifications, are also part of the scope.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
• Period of Performance: Work is to commence within 7 calendar days of award and be completed within 30 calendar days of the notice to proceed. A one-year maintenance period follows installation and commissioning.
• Liquidated Damages: SGD $5,000 for each calendar day of delay.

• Proof of Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance is required.
