Sources Sought Notice

This notice is for market research purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing toll services for the United States Army Reserve Command. The service aims to provide fleets of Government vehicles nationwide with uninterrupted access to toll roads via automated transponders and an internet-based reporting and billing system across the 48 continental United States and Puerto Rico.

• Small Business Size Standard: $18M

• This is NOT a solicitation (RFQ/IFB/RFP). It does not commit the U.S. Government to a contract.

• Responses will help determine if the requirement materializes and the procurement method (e.g., small business set-aside or full and open competition).

• The requirement may be set aside for small businesses if at least two small businesses respond with supporting information.
