This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement will be posted to SAM.gov. The solicitation is set-aside for a small business.

• Procurement of a "TOOLING PACKAGE KIT" (CLIN 0001-60630152).

• All items shall be new; no refurbished or used items will be accepted.

• Technical Ordering Specifications are attached to the solicitation.

• Required Deliver Date (RDD): 8 weeks.

• Shipping term: FOB Destination.

• Quotes are due by 1:00 pm EST on May 26, 2026.

• Award will be made based on Best Value Evaluation Factors, considering both technical acceptability and price reasonableness.

• Technical Acceptability: Quotes must demonstrate the capability to meet all specifications and requirements in the SOW.

• Price Reasonableness: Quotes must include a breakdown of pricing, submitted as a separate document from the technical capability.

• Quote Format: Submissions can be in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF. Must include price(s), point of contact, business size, CAGE Code, and payment terms. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days.

• Payment Confirmation: WAWF PAID BY DFAS. A Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) account is required to receive payment.

• This solicitation is set-aside for a small business.

• Quoting vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
