The contractor will be responsible for the sustainment and development of the SWSNET-hosted TRBO application, which supports enterprise-wide Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities. The goal is to implement an online Budget and Planning Tool utilizing Agile processes to achieve continuous capability enhancements, minimal downtime, prompt response to emerging needs, and optimized performance.   • CLIN 0002 - Extra-Large Capability Increment: For significant enhancements (approx. 75,000-85,000 lines of code) over 12 months.
