Scope of Work
NMRC intends to procure four (4) Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers (THAs). The required analyzers must meet specific salient characteristics, including:
- Monitoring total hydrocarbons with a flame ionization detector.
- Four concentration ranges (0 to at least 10,000 ppm high end).
- RS-232 Digital Output and ability to utilize 100% hydrogen as fuel.
- Accuracy and repeatability of +/- 1% or less of full scale.
- Internal sample pump, with a footprint less than 494 sq. inches (W x D), height less than 6 inches, and weight less than 60 pounds.
- Sample flow rate less than 2 L/min and warm-up time less than 2 hours.
- Power: 115-120VAC @ 60 Hz single phase.
- Single or Multi Point Sampling, real-time analysis with touch screen, and chemically inert sample lines.
- No vendor training required for setup and operation.
Delivery of the four THAs is required by FY26 Q3 to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 45433.
