Scope of Work
The project involves the removal and replacement of 13,504 Square Meters (SM) of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement and the replacement of 13,354 SM of asphaltic concrete pavement with PCC to extend the touchdown zone. The scope also includes the repair and replacement of threshold lighting infrastructure and taxiway exit lighting within the concrete touchdown area. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for work associated with the Aircraft Arresting System (AAS) Absorber Shelters and all necessary airfield markings. All work must comply with applicable International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
