All tower sections must be 12-foot aluminum (AL) and adhere to specific material, fabrication, connection, and compliance standards, including the 1997 Uniform Building Code and ANSI/AWS D1.2-27 Structural Welding Code. First article testing is mandatory for Item 0001, though a waiver may be granted for contractors with a proven history.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter offering the best value. Evaluation factors include Price and Past Performance, with the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding acceptability standards for non-cost factors being preferred.
