Scope of Work
NUWC Keyport requires the procurement of:
- TVA2020 Toxic Vapor Analyzer (1 Each): Intrinsically safe, portable field analyzer with Flame Ionization Detection (FID) technology, 120 VAC, Bluetooth, GPS, and certifications for hazardous environments (Class I, Division 1, Groups A,B,C,D T3; Class I, Zone 1, Ex db ib IIC T3 Gb; ATEX; IECEx). Equivalent products meeting minimum specifications are acceptable.
- Portable Calibration Kit (1 Each): Includes carrying case, zero air cylinder, 100 PPM methane cylinder, 100 PPM isobutylene cylinder, Tedlar bags, and regulators.
- Hydrogen Filling Assembly (1 Each): For safe refilling of the TVA2020 tank.
- Hydrogen Tank (1 Each): For FID operation.
- Extended Warranty: A 1-year manufacturer's extended warranty is also required.
All items must be delivered FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.

Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation: Award will be made to the technically acceptable offer providing the best value to the government. Evaluation will consider price and past performance (quality and delivery are equal sub-factors). Offers must meet or exceed specifications, and a trade-off analysis will be performed.
- Requirements: Offerors must have current registration and completed representations and certifications in SAM.gov.
