Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Priced purchase order.
- Set-Aside: This procurement is 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations. Offers are primarily solicited from Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) that are also small business concerns. Offers from IEEs that are not small businesses will only be evaluated if no acceptable ISBEE offers are received.
- Pricing: A completed pricing schedule with per-unit and total quoted prices is required. Quotes must remain effective for 120 calendar days after the solicitation close date.

- Submission Format: Quotes must be submitted in two volumes: Technical and SF1449 & Amendments.
- Required Forms: Offerors must complete and return DIAR 1452.280-4 (Indian Economic Enterprise Representation) and the IEE Representation Form.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quoter. Technical acceptability requires product availability, delivery within 30 days or sooner, and adherence to specifications. Price reasonableness will be evaluated after technical acceptability.
