Contract Details

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit an all-inclusive rate, detailing unit price, total unit pricing, and a grand total price. Quotes must include product specifications/drawings/designs and proof of authorized distributor/reseller/partner status. Products must be fully manufactured, available in stock, and ready to ship (no refurbished, grey market, or backordered items). All lead times for delivery must be included. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price that meets specifications and capability, with comparative evaluations. The government reserves the right to select a response offering more than the minimum if it provides a benefit.
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This acquisition is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Offerors must complete and submit the "Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form."
